With the incorporation of subsidiary company in the US, Northgate Inc, the focus has been broadened back onto the international stage. As of early 2008 this has been further promoted by the acquisition back into private ownership by KKR, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts.
Northgate, currently employs over 8,000 employees and operates in 46 countries across 5 continents. Northgate has approximately 4,500 large/medium customers and approximately 10,500 small/medium enterprise (SME) customers world wide.
