Reality is developed and supported under a Quality Management System which complies with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 for quality assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing of software products.
The Quality Management System, QMS, is comprised of processes and procedures which form a software development Life Cycle Model for producing, delivering and supporting software solutions. The QMS mandates the use of designated processes starting from Requirements, through Analysis and Design, Software Build (including source code control standards and configuration management), Testing, Verification, Release and Support.
