Help!! my licence keys have expired, what can I do
For expired Evalution Keys
Refer to Extending Evaluation Keys page.
For any Reality keys, including commercial and evaluation use
As of Reality V14.0 there is an inbuilt "grace period" that you can invoke that will instantly provide 10 days of extra use from any expired key. This gives you enough time to contact your local support in order to obtain replacement keys.
For further information refer to the product documentation under Licences in the index lookup. This will bring up the Licences section where you will find "Extending your Licences" under the heading Licence Expiry.
Note:
Reality does issue warnings from a couple of months before expiry which are written to logs so that you can renew your licences. However, it is strongly recommended that you configure system alerts so that your administrators will be notified when these warnings are logged. These can be simply setup to send emails, SMS text messages or append to a webpage...
