Why does RealEdit add a 0x0d char on the source file when I type CR?
This occurs as a result of some incompatible Dll's on Windows 98 and above. The correct version of the Dll's are listed below.
Name Version Size Description
riched32.dll 5.1.2600.0 3,584 bytes Wrapper DLL for Richedit 1.0
riched20.dll 5.30.23.1230 433,664 bytes Rich Text Edit Control, v3.0
The versions of the Dll's as listed can downloaded by right-clicking the above dll filenames and choose "save as".
These need to be stored in "drive"\WINDOWS\system32\
