We recognise that support is crucial to our customers and the user base. With this in mind we constantly evolve processes to quickly and efficiently respond to any product issues.

For General Support and Help
You will find Reality release and System Component specific updates using the relevant link in the left hand menu or, via the Downloads link. Let us continually improve your experience of Reality. If your require further information regarding the support of Reality refer to the Enquiries page.

Reality Revision & Update Compatibility
In general Reality updates are backwards compatible when restoring and accessing old data - in that systems and databases on latest revisions and updates will operate correctly with data from older systems.  In the unlikely event that an incompatibility exists after a Reality update then a migration path will be provided. However, due to possible structure improvements, downgrading - where data is taken back to older revisions and updates, is not guaranteed. The only exception to this is typically FailSafe Clean Log operation when it is always safe to apply updates to a Secondary system only, which can then be safely switched to act as the primary.
